直到1990年，德國軍隊裡都是不太願意接受同性戀者的。因為軍隊認為，同性戀者的性取向問題容易被人加以利用，甚至"敲詐"。但是自90年以後，由於有了有關同性戀的法律規定，人們才開始對同性戀者變得越來越寬容。如今，在德國同性戀者也可以當兵。然而日常生活中的現實表明：在軍隊中，同性戀者並不容易。

高校帶動性觀念變革，同性戀研究進課堂

直到2001年，同性戀在中國仍然被視為一種精神疾病。現在這一禁忌已被打破。中國性觀念的革命已發展到各大高校。在上海的校園裡，開設了第一堂關於同性戀文化的課程，吸引了眾多學生前來聽課。

同性戀：愛在他鄉的權利

在德國，同性戀可以堂堂正正走進市政府登記結婚，到8月1號，同性婚姻法生效一周年。那麼在這裡談婚論嫁的外國同性戀者，他們有什麼權利呢？

同性婚姻在德國

一年前，德國的同性戀者獲得了締結「同性婚姻」的權利。最近，聯邦憲法法庭對聯盟黨執政的各州提出的異議作出判決，認定同性婚姻符合憲法。從而為新法律的全面執行打開了大門。德國之聲記者訪問了2001年8月1日結婚的第一對同性生活伴侶。

給同性戀一個說法

德國聯邦憲法法院認定，同性戀婚姻符合憲法精神。德國最高法院的這一錘定音，意味著德國走在歐洲發展的趨勢之列。比起西邊的鄰國來說，是步履蹣跚地跟在後面。

同性婚姻違反德國憲法？

聯邦憲法法院將討論同性婚姻的合法性問題。如果憲法法院的大法官們對同性婚姻說不，德國3000多登記的同性婚姻關係就將失去法律的保障了。
