因对传为习近平“粉丝”的微博跟帖评论，2月6日，四川南充网友程爱华被以涉嫌“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”拘留；其后多位网友接力抗议,并有网友至南充声援；2月11日，程爱华被释放。
