本周五，著名社交网站Facebook正式在纽约纳斯达克交易所上市。该公司执行总裁扎克伯格(Mark Zuckerberg)通过网络视频，远程敲响了上市钟声。这是有史以来最大规模的互联网企业上市。此前一天，Facebook已经售出了总额高达125亿欧元的股票。
与此同时，德国的隐私保护专家则抨击了Facebook的赢利模式，指责该公司利用用户的个人信息来获利。目前，Facebook仅在德国就拥有2300万注册用户。
