公民紀念「六四」遭威脅

「六四」24周年臨近，中國民間發起各種形式的紀念活動；5月21日，廣州三位市民向當局提交「紀念六四」集會遊行申請遭當局問訊和威脅。評論人士認為：六四槍響，定下了中國人不能上街的「規矩」。

（德國之聲中文網）據維權網等媒體報導，"六四"24周年臨近，官方依然未有解禁跡象，與之對應的是民間開始發起各種形式的紀念活動，5月21日，廣州市民徐向榮在網上公佈消息表示，5月22日他將與另兩位公民李維國和李文生，向警方提交"六四"集會遊行申請。當天在越秀區遞交申請時，有關人員受理並稱6月2日給予回復，而當天為星期天，一般而言公安機關不會上班處理公務。

5月22日中午12時左右，徐向榮就被國保帶走"喝茶"及遭到警告。徐向榮曾因參與"八九民運"而被當局判刑。5月24日，廣州律師唐荊陵在網上發布消息，5月23日下午徐向榮和李維國被警察帶走。李文生消息不明。目前徐向榮被關押在海珠區龍鳳派出所。德國之聲打通派出所電話，當值人員表示徐向榮正在被問訊中，但拒絕告知理由。

今年兩會前夕，123名"天安門母親"群體成員曾就一直懸而未決的"六四死難者"問題發出公開信，敦促中國政府對這個政治問題做出法律上的公正處理，並公開交代此事。也有學者認為習近平如果"平反六四"將為其執政加分，但迄今為止，未見官方任何解禁和平反跡象。中國各大網路上，"六四"也依然為"敏感詞"。

"他們得交代是根據哪條法律打死我的孩子"

"天安門母親"群體成員張先玲和王范地夫婦，早前將"六四事件"中遇難的兒子王楠的遺物，包括他遇難時佩戴的頭盔、眼鏡、橫幅標語、絕食證明、死亡證明、火化證明等，轉交給香港支聯會並在"六四紀念館"中對外展出，希望民眾一起見證"六四屠殺"歷史。

王范地在接受德國之聲採訪時表示，目前當局對他們的監視稍加放鬆，他們也於日前向當局提出，不要像以往一樣干擾他們對"六四死難者"的紀念，負責監管他們的國保人員答應向上級轉達該訴求，王范地對此不抱更多希望："他們把我的孩子打死，還要迫害家長和不讓紀念的話，那就連狗都不如。"

王范地也認為當局絲毫未現"平反六四"跡象，因此對公開的遊行申請肯定不會批准。他同時亦表示"天安門母親"群體堅持向當局提出要求"真相、賠償、問責"訴求："我們的訴求很清楚，政治問題法律化，你把我兒子莫名其妙打死了，得交代清楚根據哪條法律打死我兒子，我們強烈要求對話。"

"這是我們今天還活在'六四'陰影中的一個證據"

香港新世紀出版社負責人鮑朴作為"八九一代"曾親歷六四，他回顧當年至少有百萬人走上了北京街頭，這些熱血沸騰的人群，在開槍之前對整個國家及中共領導還抱有善意想像，一聲槍響，打碎了人們所有期待，而當今警察去帶走和問訊申請"六四"遊行集會的人，依然是"六四事件"的延續和後果。

鮑朴表示："'六四事件'槍響之後，人人都知道這個政府，只要你上街他就會抓你甚至會開槍，政府從此以後也立下了規矩，只要公民去抗議，哪怕是和平的、是合法的，他們也要去鎮壓，這也就是我們今天還生活在六四陰影中的一個直接證據。"鮑朴也表示，就目前中國官方表現，他對平反六四不抱任何希望。
