# Here in Germany - Chancellor Angela Merkel's cabinet is set to vote later today on a controversial new energy strategy. Two of its provisions are expected to meet with heavy opposition when the legislation moves on to parliament. One would require states to allow the construction of test facilities for underground carbon storage. The other would provide for extending the life of Germany's nuclear power plants.
