What's Saudi Arabia's future once the oil boom ends? One answer is KAEC – an acronym that stands for King Abdulla Economic City. It's currently being constructed around 120 km north of Jedda, on the Red Sea. In twenty years time, the current population of 7,000 is expected to rise to 2 million.
