Welcome back. Most Germans had forgotten what strikes are like -- but that's changing: Recent rail drivers strikes meant nothing much moved on Germany's railroads at the end of last year. And the ongoing stoppages in the steel industry have seen tens of thousands of steelworkers on the streets demanding their fair share of the profits.
