UNHCR: Refugee count reaches new record of 68.5 million

Dominik Bartsch, who represents the UN refugee agency in Germany, has told DW that although the latest UNHCR Global Trends report records 68.5 million refugees globally, there has been a dramatic 44-percent drop in those reaching Europe.
