NATO Ministers are due to make a formal decision on all the applications at a NATO summit next month. Some observers suggest - of all the applicants- Croatia is the most likely to succeed. Membership in NATO is a top priority for the government in Zagreb. But as we report, the country still has to overcome a number of significant hurdles before it is home and dry.
