Units in Europe and the US, for example, are working with colleagues in the Middle East and Asia to investigate and combat terrorism. And they're getting help from IT experts. Scientists at the University of Arizona in the US, working in a high security software lab, have found a way to track suspicious communications on what they call the Dark Web.
