Money talks--and many times it speaks a corrupt language. The organization Transparency International says bribery continues to plague many economies around the world. In its latest report, Transpapery says that some of the world's poorest people in Africa and Asia are forced to pay bribes for police protection, education and justice. But thre are problems here in Germany as well.
