Well, the global financial crisis and high oil prices haven't managed to dampen the mood of car-lovers. According to the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, new car registrations in Europe jumped 9.6-percent year-on-year in April. German car makers Volkswagen, BMW and Daimler posted the strongest gains last month, helped by a recovery in their home market.
