The EU celebrates the Irish vote for the reform treaty though Poland and the Czech Republic remain reluctant to sign the document

So the fate of the Lisbon Treaty will now be decided in Prague and Warsaw. While Poland has already indicated it would now back the Treaty, Czech President Vaclav Klaus is reluctant to sign the document, awaiting a court ruling. Still, Friday's victory in Ireland was plenty of reason to celebrate in Brussels.
