Creamy pasta with zucchini
Ingredients (for 6):
100 g ham
500 g mushrooms
200 g cream
125 g creme fraiche
100 g shredded Emmental cheese
500 g tagliatelle
2 onions
2-3 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 medium zucchini
Directions:
Cut the ham into strips and slice the mushrooms.
Put the cream and creme fraiche in a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the cheese and let it melt. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to package directions.
Peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely and cook gently in the olive oil.
Wash and slice the zucchini, add to the onions and garlic, and cook for a further 10 minutes, adding a small amount of water if needed.
Add the ham and mushrooms and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange pasta on plates and top with vegetable mixture and cream sauce.
