#NATO leaders have wrapped up their two-day summit in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon. The alliance has agreed to hand control of security in Afghanistan to local forces by the end of 2014. There'll also be a major conference on the future of Afghanistan in the German city of Bonn next November. And the leaders succeeded in convincing Russia to cooperate in developing a US-European missile defence shield.
