Russia says it could respond with military means if a US-Czech agreement for a missile shield is ratified, calling the planned defence system a threat to its security. The warning from Moscow came hours after US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice and her Czech counterpart signed a deal to base part of the controversial system in the Czech Republic.
