The people of London are in for a treat later today. A huge flotilla of ships -- both ancient and modern -- will make its way up the River Thames in the British capital. It's the climax of four days of celebrations to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth the Second -- sixty years on the throne.
