What a difference a few months can make! -- at the G20 summit in April, when the world was still shocked by the extent of the global financial meltdown, heads of states were unified in demanding a complete overhaul of the banking system. Meanwhile, the world economy has started to pick up again and the outlook isn't as gloomy as it was last spring. As G20 leaders gather in Pittsbursburgh, with the need for reforms apparently less urgent, some politicians seem to backtracking on their calls for an overhaul to financial system. +++Syn-Maz+++
