Pakistan lawmakers elect Shehbaz Sharif as prime minister

Pakistan's parliament has elected Shehbaz Sharif as prime minister for the second time. He is returning to power after a general election that was marred by allegations of vote rigging and violence, with the most popular party disqualified.
