Well as we just heard there, the Barcelona process was set up 13 years ago as a partnership to help secure stability and prosperity in the mediterranean region. It has provided north african countries along the mediterreanean with millions of euros for projects to improve infrastructure and help further their development. Our next report takes us to morocco to witness a pilot water project in al jadida, located about 200 kilometers south of the capital rabat. With EU help it's proving to be a success.
