NATO's new Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen takes up his post

NATO's new Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen says he will work hard to improve relations with Moscow and convince Russians the miltiary alliance is not their enemy. Speaking to journalists on his first working day as NATO chief, he also said stabilizing Afghanistan would be one of the key areas of focus during his term.
