NATO foreign ministers are holding discussions on future relations with Russia and on possible membership for Georgia and Ukraine. The ministers are meeting almost four months after the Georgian-Russian war. It appears they will not be giving their unanimous backing to a fast-track approach for Ukraine and Georgia to join the world's biggest military alliance.
