A court in Munich is hearing opening testimony today in the ongoing corruption scandal at Siemens Corporation. Reinhard Siekaczek is accused of building up a slush fund of company money which was used to bribe potential customers for lucrative contracts. Prosecutors say he funnelled more than 50- Mmillion euros into the accounts. If found guilty, he could face a lengthy jail sentence.
