Moscow has ordered three Georgian diplomats to leave the country. Russia's decision comes a day after Tbilisi made a similar move. Meanwhile, Nato has criticized the government in Georgia for declaring a state of emergency. Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said the Georgian government's actions were not in line with the organisation's values.
