After more than three weeks of talks -- ending in a marathon session into the early hours of Saturday morning -- Germany's next leaders finally have a deal. The coalition agreement between the conservatives of Angela Merkel and her new partners, the business-friendly free democrats -- sets out policy objectives for their four years in government together. Top of the list are tax cuts, education and healthcare reform. The party leaders are due to sign the deal on Monday. +++SYN-MAZ+++
