Welcome Back. European leaders gather today in Brussesl to agree on a candidate for the European Union's first-ever president. They are meeting for a working dinner after which they hope to announce a candidate for the post. They are also looking to name a foreign policy chief - to represent the new-look EU on the world stage from next year. But the task is far from simple, given the different visions among the 27 nations about what the two new post mean what role they should play. Here is a look at some potential candidates.
