Welcome back to business!... Eurogroup chief Jean-Claude Juncker has ruled out increasing the European Financial Stability Facility to help resolve the debt crisis. He insists that Greece will have to continue painful austerity measures. At a parliamentary debate in Strasbourg, Junker said heavily indebted nations need to focus on creating sustained economic growth. At the same time he said that shoring up Greece's public finances is of central importance.
