Germany and France say Iran's nuclear program still poses a threat. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Nicolas Sarkozy made the statement after talks in Paris. The two leaders said the UN should continue to threaten more sanctions - despite a US intelligence report that Tehran is no longer trying to build an atomic bomb. Sarkozy and Merkel also said they were working towards a common position on plans for a union involving European and African nations in the mediterranean. +++SYN-MAZ+++
