Interview: Correspondent Geoff Meade in Brussels on new measures to cut greenhouse gas emissions in EU - je 23.01.2008

Commission President Barroso says the new measures will cost every European about 3 extra Euros a week. I put it to our correspondent Geoff Meade in Brussels that that sounded ok - and asked if the package was nonetheless likely to meet resistance from some EU member states.
