Inside Europe: Spain U-turns on arms to Saudi Arabia

The Spanish government has been forced to perform a dramatic U-turn on the sale of weapons to Saudi Arabia. Earlier this month, the Socialist administration of Pedro Sánchez had said it was cancelling the sale of 9-million-euros worth of laser-guided bombs to the Saudis, because of concerns about how the weapons would be used.
