Earlier this week, Global Witness revealed a series of leaked emails which they say point to the fact that senior decision makers in oil companies knew that money paid for an off shore oil field, off the coast of Nigeria, would go to a convicted money launderer and ex-Nigerian oil minister. Shell and Eni have consistently denied any wrongdoing. But could a case be heard? Megan Williams explains.
