Inside Europe: Life is getting tougher for Russians

Vladimir Putin said in his state of the union address that Russia needs to focus on raising living standards. The Russian president said the government will increase tax breaks to support young families and housing subsidies for families with several children. The measures come as many families feel the squeeze after real incomes fall for the fifth year in a row. Lucy Taylor reports from Moscow.
