Inside Europe: Is the mafia behind bushfires on Mt Vesuvius?

Fires have been ravaging large parts of southern Italy over the past week. The authorities say there's been a record spike in wildfire incidents. One place has attracted particular attention: Mount Vesuvius, outside Naples. Officials there say the fires there appear to be caused by arson. And some are pointing their fingers at the local mafia.
