Inside Europe: Is Angela Merkel on course for a fourth term?

There are just nine weeks to go till the elections here in Germany. Opinion polls indicate that Christian Democrat Angela Merkel will secure a fourth consecutive term as chancellor. However, she's just ruled out placing an upper limit on the number of refugees coming to Germany. So will that alienate some voters? Berlin correspondent Daniel Pelz explains her reasons for doing so.
