Inside Europe: Insults and anger over migrant ship

Tensions between Italy and France flared this week after Italy refused to allow a migrant ship with more than 600 migrants on board dock in one of its ports. Italy has long complained that the rest of the EU has not done enough to help the country deal with the tens of thousands of migrants it's saved and brought to its shores over the past five years.
