German Economy Minister hopes for tariffs deal

Ahead of crucial trade talks, Peter Altmaier told DW that an EU proposal to lower tariffs on both sides of the Atlantic may hopefully keep Donald Trump from imposing new duties on steel and aluminum imports on Friday.
