German anti-vaxxers in Paraguay — hello, goodbye!

Paraguay was viewed as the promised land for German anti-vaxxers, due to its relaxed entry requirements. Here they created a small colony of like-minded individuals. But now Paraguay has reacted and the unvaccinated newcomers are no longer welcome.
