Gauck calls on Germany to play more decisive role in resolving conflicts

German president Joachim Gauck has called on his country to play a more decisive role in resolving conflicts aboad.He made the comments at the opening of the Munich Security Conference, where delegates from around the world are meeting to discuss international conflicts.
