The Social Democrats in Germany have starting making initial changes in their leadership after the party's dramatic losses in Sunday's general election. Frank Walter Steinmeier, who was Angela Merkel's vice Chancellor and foreign minister - will now be leading the opposition in parliament. He was elected the SPD parliamentary party leader on Tuesday. But the party's biggest challenge will be uniting its various factions.
