European Finance Ministers are working to assure jittery investors that they will do what's necessary to stabilize the financial system. Following a meeting of Eurozone ministers on Monday evening, Luxembourg's Jean Claude Juncker said the group wouldn't let any important EU financial institutions fail. The finance ministers of all 27 EU members are meeting today and will likely give further assurances, including a higher bank deposit guarantee.
