European finance ministers are meeting this Tuesday morning.. again they'll be talking about topping up the euro rescue fund... no decisions have been made yet, and that has the markets worried - they fear that more countries in the eurozone might have to ask for a bailout... The European Commission, the European Central Bank and leaders of the more vulnerable countries want the fund - the EFSF - to be topped up. The Germans and the French want to see other nations getting their finances in order.
