State prosecutors in the Hague said 2.5 million ecstasy pills, 250 kilos (551 lb) of amphetamines and 210 kilos (462lb) of hashish had been seized in Veldhoven, a town in the south of the country
Police also found 800 kilos (1,763lb) of MDMA powerder, the active ingredient in ecstasy. One kilo of MDMA can be used to produce 100,000 ecstasy pills.
According to the state prosecutor's office the street value of the haul is "several dozen million euros".
The drugs were hidden in buckets and wooden crates. The narcotics were destroyed immediately.
No one has yet been arrested in connection with the find, the prosecutor's office said.
In the Netherlands, coffee shops are allowed to openly sell soft drugs.But cases of drug trafficking, including marijuana, and the possession of harder drugs are prosecuted.
