After two weeks of talks, delegates at the United Nations climate conference in Bali have finally reached an agreement. The document they've come up with will serve as a roadmap for future negotiations on combating climate change. While the agreement falls short of what many environmentalists were calling for, UN secretary General Ban-Ki Moon described it as a "pivitol first step" .
