Campaigning has ended in Sudan, as the country prepares to go to the polls on Sunday. Voters will elect a new president, parliament, and regional leaders. The Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has insisted the first multi-party election since 1986 will be free and fair. But opposition parties raised doubts long before the poll, with both of Bashir's main challengers boycotting the presidential election over fears of vote rigging.
