Brexit: "A wake-up call for Europe"

German Historian Paul Nolte says Brexit is a shock for Europe. The departure of such a large member state is an unprecedented, dramatic act for the EU. But on DW's Interview Nolte says the British exit could be a "wake-up call for Europe."
