Cocaine use in Europe has been steadiily increasing - with one million more people using the drug in 2007 than in the previous year. That's according to an annual report published in Brussels by the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs. Cannabis and heroin use, on the other hand, may be stabilising after showing steady increases during the 1980s and 90s. The Center has also noted the EU has a high number of daily drug users.
