An investigation is launched into the disaster at the Love Parade in Germany

The German city of Duisburg is in mourning with flags at half mast.. after the tragic events of Saturday when 19 people were killed in a stampede at the Love Parade. An investigation is underway to examine organisational and safety measures for the techno festival. Over 340 people were also injured when panic broke out in a tunnel leading to the festival grounds.
