For the music industry, the global trend from Africa is rapidly turning into a goldmine - while amplifying the continent's cultural identity. Initially completely apolitical, some Afrobeats artists have started to use their popularity to take a stand. We visit their musical homeland, Nigeria, and also Kenya, where East African musical offshoots are forming.
