And we move up north now to the port city of Hamburg for euromaxx a la carte. And no surprises that Hamburg has particularly good fresh fish, especially down at the harbour area. The "Fischereihafen Restaurant" is known as THE address to eat fish in Hamburg and has been for decades now. We're going to try out one of the house specialities - a really simple dish of scrambled eggs with smoked eel.
